Thomas Bonde, President and CEO

Mr. Bonde is the founder of the Company and has served as a director since 2002. He has been Chairman of the Company's Board since 2002. Mr. Bonde began his career at Kemp & Lauritzen as an electronic engineer, then moved into senior management positions and executive positions at a number of leading building fire and security integrator companies including SecurityNord, Semco and S.I.F. and has been at the forefront of the Danish building fire and security market for the past 12 years. Mr. Bonde holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from TEC.

Lars Paulsen, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategic Business Development

Lars Paulsen joint Bluelon in 2003, he began his career in the field of access control based electronic engineering, then moved into management positions and became director of Worldwide Service Operations at Lumetech, a manufacturer of computer-driven robotic food processing machines (now FMC FoodTech). Mr. Paulsen additionally have many years of experience in building automation, networking technology and software development from working at leading networking companies including San Jose, California based Echelon Corporation. Mr. Paulsen holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from TEC of Copenhagen and Software Engineering from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College.

Michael Rude, Executive Vice President and CFO

Michael Rude oversees Bluelon’s financial and administrative operations. He joined the company in 2002 and has been instrumental in developing the back office infrastructure which has facilitated Bluelon’s growth. Michael has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining Bluelon, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at DSO, a shipping company in Copenhagen. Michael also had leading positions at S.I.F. and SønderbroHus. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business College.

Kristian Zigy Sogaard, VP and CIO

Mr. Sogaard leads Bluelon's IS department and related electronic infrastructure systems. Mr. Soegaard brings more than 10 years experience as a leader in the high tech industry, specializing in enterprise support and services management. Prior to joining Bluelon, he held executive and management level positions at companies such as 3Ware, k67 and Fremtidsfabrikken. Mr. Soegaard holds a B.S. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Copenhagen.
