Ultra VNC Explained:

What this means is no more tech support sessions with Bluelon Support walking you through the process of troubleshooting a software issue or some other obscure problem over the phone asking you "what do you see now?" all the time.

 

If you're running Windows and a Bluelon support application engineer (AE) has explicitly determined that you need on-line interactive tech support from us, we will kindly ask you to download the application which we emailed you a reference link to and have you execute the downloaded UltraVNC SC based application. The executable gives us remote control over your system after you have launched it and double clicked on the profile we asked you to use. The profile list is found in the left side of the downloaded application startup dialog. We simple take control of your mouse and keyboard remotely and let you sit back relaxed and interactively watch how we resolve your issue.

 

Important:

UltraVNC SC does not require any installation and does not make use of the registry or hidden files.
UltraVNC installs no AddWare or SpyWare.
If you save the application to your desktop from the dialog occurring right after clicking above link then you can simple delete the single file application when the support session is over by dragging it into the trash folder icon on your desktop.
